2025 BOARD ELECTION -
ANNUAL MEMBER MEETING

In even numbered years two board positions are open for election at the Annual Members Meeting. In odd numbered years the number of open board positions is three. The next Members Meeting will be held on March 1, 2025, at the First Baptist Church at 1:00 PM. The positions open for election are as follows:

 

Position Number 1.1 - Greg Snell current Incumbent

Position Number 1.2 - Ken Hobbs current Incumbent

Position Number 1.3 - currently vacant

 

Applications for Candidacy were due in by January 15, 2025.  After the timeframe for which Applications could be turned in closed, there was one applicant each for Positions Number 1.1 and 1.2., and two applicants for Position 1.3.  On January 20, 2025, the Board met in a Special Meeting to review documents for the 2025 Board Elections.  During that meeting the Board approved a Resolution Declaring Unopposed Candidates for Positions 1.1 and 1.2.  The Resolution will be read to record at the Member Meeting on March 1, 2025.

A Notice of the Member Meeting and the ballot packet will be sent out in the mail to each member by no later than January 30, 2025.   Voting will conclude and be counted at the Member Meeting.

MEMBER MEETING UPDATE

On March 1, 2025, ballots were tallied and the winner of the election to vacant place 1.3 was Adria Schreiber-Garza.
