The Meeting Policy provides information on how the Corporation's meetings are to be held.

Texas Open Meetings Act

The Financial Policy identifies the Corporation's policy relative to setting a budget and rates, acquiring debt, and other general financial elements.  

The Election Procedures provide information on how the Corporation prepares for, and conducts, a meeting where elections take place.  Typically this is the Annual Member Meeting, but other special Member Meetings may be called, for example for By-Laws revisions.

The By-Laws lay out the day-to-day operating rules and procedures for the corporation.

The Tariff serves as the Corporation's policy regarding water service.  This includes various fees, payment requirements, and nonpayment processes.

The Spending and Expense Policy provides the guidelines under which purchases are authorized.

The Notification Policy provides the guidelines and process for addressing water emergencies including how members are notified of a water emergency.

The Meter Installation Procedure identifies the processes that take place once a customer requests a new meter installation.

The Customer Billing Procedure broadly identifies the processes that take place relative to issuance of customer bills and how the corporation addresses delinquent accounts.

The Leak Adjustment Policy provides the guidelines under which a customer might receive a bill adjustment (at the Board's discretion) due to an excessive leak.
